For NV Residences owners i supposed the excitement over the release of the Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) news excalates as the days pass by. When Livia was at this stage of development, it took another 2-3 months before it obtained TOP. Looks like Livia will have new neighbours moving in before the Chinese New Year!

I was approached by a security guard when I was taking these pictures. He asked me if I were the resident of Livia and told me that only residents are allowed to take pictures in Livia compound. Seriously? Does that mean that visitors or guests are not allowed to take pictures in Livia? Of course I was happy to show him my resident pass and then moved on. See, how vigilant Livia security officers are! So don't even think of sneaking into Livia to take pictures...............
