Livia Near Completion @ 10 April 2011

This time round I tried to get as close to the main entrance as possible and managed to snap a few shots and enjoy the view before the security guard asked me to leave. As you will see....from the security entrance guardhouse is a magnificent, colorful abstract sculpture welcoming you to your dream home....I can't wait to move in!

The Address we all have been waiting for........

  4. Very well taken. Based on the progress, the action zone will only be ready towards end April. The furnishes seems to be of high quality. This is CDL standard. The sculpture looks artstitic too. Looking forwards to TOP soon.

  11. Strange! The addresses displayed at the main entrance has Block 67 shown but I couldn't locate it on the site map. My impression is that there are 10 blocks instead of 11???

  12. Block 67 is the club house!

  15. Hi Ting, I am no interior designer. If I were one I would have launched an aggressive marketing campaign here to woo all the 726 Livia owners $$$ :-) I created this blog to share with my family overseas so they can keep tabs on the progress of Liva. But I am more than happy to share the photos, info and, most importantly, the excitement with all Livia owners. As the Chinese saying goes '独乐乐不如众乐乐'. The more the merrier! Enjoy lah!

  21. Dear Our Livia

Just chance upon this blog as I was also excitedly awaiting to move in:-)) Thanks to you for all the beautiful photos and all the excited owners for their comments. Am so very happy to see such a vibrant communal bond even before we move in. Let's keep up the "kampong" spirit of commnunal living so we can put the community before self and enjoy a caring living environment where we know our neighbors can depend on one another for support.

Btw, if anyone needs the floor plan dimensions for Type C1a pl do let me know.

Looking forward to hear more from you guys and, of course, looking forward to TOP.

Cheers and have a great week ahead!

  22. I find Livia to be better and nicer than NV.

    ReplyDelete
  23. Why you said so? Did you visit Livia and NV showroom? Or you bought a unit in Livia? Any way Livia is cheaper, nearer to MRT, spacious, more facilities than NV. :)
