There wasn't any photos taken for the last two months as I fractured my left leg and was out of action. I am now back in action and will continue to take the pictures regularly until TOP....hopefully in June this year!

Hello please take good care of yourself. I am equally excited too as Livia TOP is drawing nearer. I have been driving past Livia more frequently for construction update. Compared to other condo developments, I still like Livia. The site area is huge with comprehensive condo facilities. Cdl websiite indicates TOP date to be Q2/Q3. I hope it will be in Q2.

ReplyDeleteI am glad that you like the updates and will keep it coming. The architect's certificate of completion for block 75 I received recently indicates that the remaining stages of completion are mainly infrastructure and facilities. If this is the case for the rest of the blocks, TOP by Q2 is very likely.

Hi,the architect's certificate of completion was attached to the loan disbursement notice sent to you by your lawyer. Other than the updates posted on this blog I have no further info.

ReplyDeleteA yahoo forum indicates stack 61, 63 and 77 to be among the first block to get keys in Apr. I will call CDL to verify tomorrow cos my unit is in one of the stack.
ReplyDeleteJust call CDL and the officer mentions I will get the keys most likely in April for my stack. This is subjected to site inspection approval. For those who are keen to know the estimated time of retrieving key, can check with cdl directly. I understand the timing of obtaining keys defer from stack as this is a big condo development.
ReplyDeleteI also called CDL today and was informed that the TOP will be done in 2 Phases. Phase-I will be TOP for Blocks 61, 63, 77, 79, 81 and all other blocks will get TOP in Phase-II. The Phase-I TOP is expected in April 2011 and about 2 weeks after TOP, the developer will send out the letters for key collection to the purchaser's solicitors.

ReplyDeleteFrom what I recollect, the living room is fairly big. The kitchen unfortunately is quite small (like in most condos these days) and the kitchen cabinets/drawers are to be provided by the developer. I remember the agent showing us around telling us that the drawers are soft-close. Hope this info helps.

ReplyDeleteCheck out the showflats of NV Residences if you had not seen Livia showflat. It is converted from previous Livia showflat and the layout of 3 & 4 bedrooms apartment is almost identical to that of Livia.

Good luck to all in your search for ID firms! Even though our block will get TOP only in July, my wife and I started the search last weekend. I will post them in my blog here if I find any good ones.
There is a Yahoo forum dedicated for Livia owners (Livia_sg) and they are discussing about the various ID options. I have yet to receive the notification letter. I called up CDL instead and got confirmation on receiving the keys likely in April.

There will be a new road called Pasir Ris Grove. Not sure if you are referring to this.

I have sent a floor plan (with scale) email to CDL on Monday. I am expecting to get it by Friday. The property officer in charge of the Livia is Ms Chang Hwei Min. Her email is hweimin@cdl.com.sg. Please remember to quote your unit number.

Hi Chua, I asked CDL, they do not have floor plan with dimension. They only have floor plan with scale. I am wondering if it is reliable with our own calculation.

I own a unit at block 75 high floor facing HDB flat. Any latest news of TOP this block, cos' never call CDL to check it out. Very excited and happy to hear that some blocks will TOP soon in April.

ReplyDeleteHave wrote to CDL asking about the TOP dates. Their reply is May / Jun and subject to relevant authority approval for the TOP. Now it is coming to end May. Looks like it will be Jun..if we are lucky.

I am also an owner in block 77. Till now not even received any letter about TOP. Recently just paid for the phase before TOP. I suspect would be in June. Anyway still excited about it. I drive past LIVIA every morning cos got to send my son to school in Casuarina Pri. Hope to meet all of you in LIVIA when we finally move in. :)

Hi, anyone of you heard of bulk buy of the planter flooring going on among Livia owners? I heard it from my ID, who heard it from another Livia owner.
ReplyDeleteI've called CDL and they informed me that CDL is in the process of applying for BCA permit. Once approved, it will take another 3-4 weeks for the documents to be prepared before our solicitors are informed.
