Spoke to Adrian from CDL. He said even though all ten blocks top at e same time, the site office has already planned out e schedule n are rushing to give out keys. He said they will issue keys to blocks from e first phase first then followed By e second phase. Told him I am stranded,have to move out by this month. He heard n said he understand but he cannot do anything. Even told him abt hungry ghost, fasting month, hari raya etc etc. He said e first key out will be in 2 weeks time. He estimated me to get my keys in aug. Think late aug though.

Got to know about the TOP through this blog and hope to keep on getting new information, tips and insight through this blog. For those who read and contribute to this blog, appreciate if you can share experience about good moving companies, interior designers, common defects in the units or past experiences of moving to a new condo :)

I hope all our units would be perfect, however found this link useful where BCA lays down the expected standards and also there is a flowchart on how you should approach the developer if there is any defect detected. http://www.bca.gov.sg/qm/defects_me.html
My wife just called CDL and when asked when will we be getting our keys ( Blk 63 ), the CDL person-in-charge confirmed that we will be getting our keys in 2-3 weeks. Over the phone, we can sense she is relieved too, to be able to finally release this piece of good news to us. I believe she must have received a lot of harsh comments and complaints all these while. So truly we are at the end of the tunnel and seeing light now!
Official Response from CDL : Thank you for your email. We are pleased to inform that the TOP has been obtained for Livia on 15th July 2011. It would take another 2 to 3 weeks for the documents to be prepared before our solicitors can serve the notice to take possession on your solicitors. Should you require more information pertaining to your unit at Livia, you may contact either Ms Chang Hwei Min at tel: 68778425 or Mr Adrian Lim at tel: 68778279. Thank you and we look forward to be of service to you.
Just drove past Livia, the barricade from the main rd has been taken off! YEAH! Next Sat will be the last day of the sixth lunar month, let's all hope we get our letters before that! :/
Just came back from Livia. All the road barricades have now been removed and the traffic lights for Pasir Ris Grove have also been activated. I drove straight from Pasir Ris street 52 onto Pasir Ris Grove. 万事俱备，只欠东风。Everything is ready, only the letter from our solicitors!
Lol... Our Livia you mad AL sound so scary. I think I better look to agent to sell my unit liao... No way man... I love this place and the people here seems more like old times in kampong time. The forum in livia_sg also so interesting. Everyone so active. I believe this will be the first and only condo with lively and selfless residences. Looking forward to move and meet everyone!
Hi, I can sense the excitement as I read the comments. Thanks for setting up this blog and I do wish that we all remain as close even after we move into to Livia. My unit is in Blk 77 unit 34. Just brought my family to walk around the pools and gardens this afternoon. Truly beautiful project.
Hi All, I went in yesterday to see my unit and surprised to find that our unit is not locked so i believe many have visited those unit on level 1. Pls check your kitchen cabinet when you get your keys because our cabinet door has dropped off so now i am waiting to get the keys and inspect all the defects. This evening I went there again but the guard has instruction from CDL not to let visitor in unless those with keys. Rgds Joe Blk 71
Supposed i am the luckier one .. got my keys last friday ( yah ,same same , had to keep pushing my lawyer to push the bank , rang the banker to ask him pull string etc ... rang Foo n Quek to ensure CO had finally reached them on time ) and went visit my unit on Sat.. A real windy place , and hope it stays the same way all year round .. Was surprised to see that the level of the planter is 'sunken' so much more than aniticipated ... With such a huge planter , not sure wat 2 do wif it unless to use ' compressed wood' to level it wif the hall/dining ...any suggestions ... n are they legal or can they be approved ?? thks ...

4 years have passed, and this page still exist to remind us of our anticipation of moving into Livia, a place we truly called our home now :-)
