Livia is located 300 meters away from our current home, Elias Green and about 8-minutes stroll to Pasir Ris MRT Station. Our Block is next to the side entrance gate just opposite Elias Park Primary School. Leeann and Shyann will be able to walk to school.

The Site Plan//
Livia is set in over 447,000 sq ft of land. It is generally doubling the land size of other projects that have nearly similar number of units. It is one of the largest ones in the East. Livia offers plenty of space between apartment blocks with a complete range of superb condominium facilities - Aqua Zone, Action Zone, Garden Zone and Leisure Zone. Size does matter!
