If you superstitious, then you only can start renovation in Sept. Need about 1~2 months for renovation works. It mean you only can be moved in in Oct/Nov.
Livia till todate still unable to obtain TOP, as conveyed is sometimes May 2011.I heard somethings with project, not approved by BCA .. Can someone help to verify.. Bcos I nid to renew/extend my present rental. Just called CDL to, they can't give me a confirm date ??? Why as a developer, they cant confirm the date ?? Thanks
If top in July, then the hungry ghosts in August, the move-in might be in September. Still have long way to go.
