The rather slow progress in Action Zone construction could be due to wet weather in Feb........zoom in and you will see the "Tree House" is being built at the end of the land.

Panoramic view from HDB block 571. Livia's new address "Pasir Ris Grove" will have two entrances - the Pasir Ris Drive 8 entrance (behind NV residences showflat) and the Pasir Ris Drive 1 entrance. The section between Drive 1 and Livia condo is completed (see photo above) whereas the section between Drive 8 and Livia condo is being built partially and stopped at NV construction site. My guess is that this section will only be connected to Drive 1 and open for use upon TOP of NV residences!?

ReplyDeleteDo anyone knows what is the path in front of one of tennis court leading to Action zone?
It is a temporary pathway for construction materials and vehicle access and is not part of Livia. If you look closer you will see that wire fence has been installed all the way from the tennis court to the Action Zone entrance.

Just 1 month to go and i doubt whether the Entrance would be fully done up by that time . Anyone has finalised an ID. Pls do let me know your recomendation.

Based on the site plan, there is supposed to be a 900m jogging path. The start is in front of Blk 61 and the end is next to the tennis court. From the photos, I could not not any provisioning for the jogging path.
ReplyDeleteI had earlier thought the path from tennis court to Action Zone is part of the jogging track. However, the position does not seem to be correct based on the site map.

ReplyDeletehey guys anyone has recieved the letter for revised TOP April. I am still waiting for the letter . My S&P agreement still mentions the TOP as Dec 2011. Has anyone got confirmation from CDL regarding the April TOP of some blocks.

ReplyDelete25% of total cost of the unit needs to be paid to developer upon TOP letter issuance, usually to be paid within 14 days. Also, I understand that 6 months advance maintenance fees is to be paid as part of the key collection procedure.
